[AusRace] TAB Crims still at it

They underpay me, through negligence or criminality, then unlike
TopSport, Sportsbet..., even BetZero who have immediately credited the
difference when I've pointed out an underpay, expect me to ring them
and divulge a PIN I don't even know (and did not know I had, if I
did), and grovel as if I'm in the wrong. 

They paid out the $777, and millions of others' bets without a PIN,
why can they require a PIN to rectify THEIR error?
