It was before MBL, you are entitled to knock it back completely, but, in what is becoming the norm, you adjusted the win to $30 and ditto the place as if it were a traditional each way bet - rather than a higher value, say at least MBL of $70. 

Standing  to lose $165 the place befits PlayUp, not TopSport.

If you bet win and place on a runner we always take the same win and place if above the limit. So if you would like higher the place before the Minimums kick in then I would suggest you bet to win $500 win and $500 place which should get accepted.
