[AusRace] The Winter Championship Series - a system

Think the Winter Championships were started about 40 years ago Tony. I've
always considered it a relatively recent innovation. And a welcome one too.
Makes the winter program more interesting.
For punters of a more mature vintage, you're making us feel bloody ancient.
Around forever, forsooth.
