As Tony requested " Please post up the rules of your winning system from
'all those years ago in PPM'"
This was in the days before my large databases and the PPM prizemoney funded
my Grandson and I to many events at the Sydney Olympics.

SECTIONAL STRATEGY
RULE 1		Operate on Saturdays (and Sundays) at NSW, Vic & Qld
Metrop meetings on races of 1000 to 1600 metres inclusive.

RULE 2		Do not operate on Group 3, 3 Year Old or Fillies Only 
races or races where there are more than one Maiden involved.

RULE 3		Consider only those horses starting at 33/1 or less 
whose last race was within 28 days and who have a Place strike 
in todays Track Condition of 10% or greater.

RULE 4		The Avg Margin of their last three starts must be 
between -4.5 and +4.5 lengths and the Avg Listed Wt of these 
three starts must be between 53.0 and 58.5 kgs.

RULE 5		Today's race must not be more than 200 metres shorter 
or 500 metres longer than their last start nor 600 metres shorter 
and 450 metres longer than their second last start.

RULE 6		If the horse was the winner of its second last start 
it must have recorded a final Sectional Time of 5.75 secs 
per 100 metres or lower and if it was not the winner of its 
second last start then it must have recorded this time or better 
after adding 0.15 secs per beaten length to the 
winners Sectional Time.

RULE 7		If there is still more than one qualifier then the 
selection is the one with the lowest Career Prizemoney multiplied 
by Win%. This will usually be the value selection.
