[AusRace] Bz in breach of MBL

Launceston is a day meeting, 25/2/2018.

Betzero is refusing bets at after 10am, in clear breach of MBL - as I
suggested, the corporates seem to have decided they can ignore the law, and
unless someone has more time and, or, money to spend than I in taking it to
court, they are right.
