Over and over the same ground - they must have told me 10 times that gambling is classified as entertainment and did I know that......

Anyway, 26 days after they barred me, a committee said I could be reinstated. Yes, a committee - first woman Molly made a report recommending I be declared irresponsible and passed that to her supervisor Dannielle who agreed, and recommended the same to a committee that rejected it and determined I could continue to bet.

So I made a bank transfer (I took all but $2 out when they barred me) and this is what Bet365 have come back with:

*********
We have attempted to locate the deposit; however we require a
receipt which displays the following details. Please can you obtain a
receipt from your bank which includes the below information:
Amount
Date
Beneficiary Bank Name and Account Number
Receiving Bank Name and Account Number
Account Holder's Name
Any references used
***************
I did not notify B365 that I had made the transfer - there is no provision to do so that I saw on their website, so they must have those details from their statement, where I included as reference my account name. They must know who made the transfer - how else could they email me?

I
have made numerous bank transfers before, but not to Bz, previously via
CC - I did this time because of the clamp down on CC deposits.

I have no idea what they are on about, never had any issue before making transfers, albeit not to B365.

Has anyone?

***************

[AusRace] Bet365 - a joke;

At 15:13 on 30 Dec 2024, I placed a bet with Bet365, Echuca 1/1 the next day, 31 Dec, $54 @ 8.50 Place (cut back to MBL, I just ask for $200 on all bets, let their computer do the arithmetic).

Early next morning, prior to 9am, I tried to place a bet on the same horse and was correctly rejected.
