[AusRace] TAB, again

Cranbourne was transferred to Pakenham shortly after a 4pm track
inspection yesterday.
7:40am and TAB offer a full market on all races, BUT with fields
intact. 

I know "Buyer Beware", especially with crooks, but with their at times
unfair deductions (back R2/1 at 1.20 place and you'll get money back
(maybe) if it runs a drum, zero if it doesn't), people may be sucked
into taking their "great" odds, especially on sites like Dynamic Odds
where no indication is given that scratched runners are in the market.
TAB's fixed odds licence should be cancelled and let them stick to the
T part.
