[AusRace] Co-efficient of Uncertainty (3) addendum

I wrote about 'HIDDEN SPEED' in (3). The data used in that had been
corrected for finish position(margin) as Punting Form data is corrected for
that when it arrives. Mr Harbison used data that he corrected (using whole
lengths only - .8 length became 1, 2.7 lengths became 3) In his 'HIDDEN
SPEED' calculations he only applied half the correction for finish position,
so not the full deduction/addition determined after the race. He considered
correcting the data to half strength (-/+) because at the moment of
calculated timing of the runner it had only completed less than half the
distance of the race. It made sense to me. Pity I didn't mention it earlier
though. Now you know.

NEW SUBJECT: PRIZEMONEY

I have modernized some race data here - prizemoney mostly. The ratios remain
as they were

Prizemoney is used as an indicator of class sometimes. Win big, seem big
classwise.

Mr Harbison used prizemoney in several ways.

To be continued (spoiler alert)
