[AusRace] Tomorrow's runners - submission to DO

Jockey and Trainer names are a constant nightmare. Each form provider seems
to think they have the best idea on naming conventions.
It would be great if they all stuck to the same convention, but that is a
pipe dream.
In the end I had to write some code to match names with the full names I
keep in a database.
Track names keep changing as well. Who ever thought it was a good idea to
put a sponsors name in the track name?! WTF.
