[AusRace] Dynamic Odds

Well that's the problem. Various bookies/Corporates fall out of favour with
whoever you use and mysteriously disappear from the grid.
For what it's worth, I use the one on Punters.com and it's ok most of the
time.
I've forgotten the others I used to check out.
