[AusRace] Re-using name

I thought there had to be at least 17 years between "birth dates" of
horses with identical names.
I noticed that at Moruya 30/9 Forbes (a 4yo, "born" 1/8/2018) ran in a
Maiden but my download showed it had won 7 previous races. 

Those wins were by another Forbes of course, "born" 1/8/2003, 15 years
before this Forbes.
