Top Sport are good - they even give everyone one turn-of-the-board bonus bet
per day.

 

Sometimes they accommodate larger bets, sometimes they restrict to MBL, but
they do seemingly bet everyone pre-MBL usually at MBL limits or better.

Len.I see Top Sport promote they don't close accounts and will accommodate
larger bets.

Did not bother taking it up. They would, with 99.99% probability, lie. And
the Northern Territory Racing Commission is either corrupt or incompetent
(and I am confident I could prove that in a proper court of Australian Law),
or both, so a waste of time lodging a complaint.
