They never accept any bets though, and to prove how truly, irredeemably
pathetic they are, I tried to bet $1 as soon as I got the "offer".

 



 

 

Big brave bookmaker, sends unsolicited offer, then manually reviews a $1
bet.

 

Waiting, waiting, finally back comes the answer:

 



 

The price had not changed, and soon after I received a SMS with the same
offer at the same quoted price.

 

When queried, the responses appear to be either from a mentally retarded
