This is Launceston R2 yesterday. 1,3,10 & 11 were scratched the previous
day, and #9 was a late scratching at 18:08, 52 minutes before scheduled
start time, and in any case was 50/1 to 70/1 all day.

 

How does that market result in an official SP/SOP book of 129%? How does #5
get an SP of 6.50? #6 31.0? #2 3.20?
