That doesn’t wash for Neds because they’ve been advertising it all over the TV and Internet all week!
You’re right they are scum and you have a legal right to your money back.

So I immediately placed 8 $50 bets.

At 12:16 Sydney time, Neds welched "Ooops, we accidently sent you the wrong message…". No offer to cancel the bets, no honouring a commitment that induced me, and I presume others, to bet. And of course no reply to my complaint. SCUM.

When a punter makes a mistake, eg backing #6 instead of #5 on-line, we are stuck with it, but not these SCUM.
