i see the id crosschecks .... but the time of the accepted latter bet is 2
secs later.

embedded algo.

it's sad that a simple consumer transaction can be manipulated like that.

but that is the way the kid programmed it, despite it being illegal /
fraudulent

they rely on knowing that the little guy won't check.

and if they do, the crap that you have to go through, it is not worth it.

there are consumer laws against this type of thing, but the regulators
don't really want to regulate.
