[AusRace] Aap vs BestForm

Does anyone have an opinion on whether Hong Kong meetings should be classified as Provincial or Metropolitan? Aap says M; BF says P.
Similarly Aap has Wangaratta as C, while BF says P. Thoughts on this?
While on Hong Kong, Has anyone done a mapping of their Class 1-6 Races? I.E. What would be the equivalent classes in Australia?
Are there similar issues with any other country’s race classes?
