Good Mornin' Jon & Laurie ,

Thank you both for your track & weather reports for Rosehill ..........my
mate has just walked the track & he agrees with your reports ..........he
disagrees with the "Official " SLOW 6 .

I've copied part of this mornin's Cygnet newsletter with track reports
around OZ ....barring Doomben .........(I don't generally bet into  Qld .)

track & has declared it a DEAD 5 early & that it will be a genuine DEAD 4 by
midday , providing no rain drops 

..no rain expected 


my mate in Sydney
is a Pro-Punter & he also provides a rating service to selected Bookmakers
around OZ 


..I’ve been swapping track reports with him & another friend in
Melbourne on a quid-pro-quo basis for 15 years now 


I’d never think of
second-guessing  either of them , so I’m going with the DEAD 4 .

10.30 am from Morphettville , but early indications are that the track will
be a GOOD 3 & the weather will remain fine .


Soooooooo  ,...........  I'll get my first bet in Sydney for 16 weeks (Last
bet was a winner in  Manhatten Rain on 18th April ....4/1 ) .........Gai &
Nash did the job that day & they'll do it for me again today with Dreamscape
in S6 .......the Gai / Nash combo is batting a 31% win percentage .

For what it's worth .....my other 2 selections at Rosehill are S1 Voice
Coach ( Chris Waller / Corey Brown  )  &  S7 Swift Alliance ( Gai / Blaikie
Boy / combo 25% ) ..........will be "dutching" O'Lohnro .

Have 4 good bets at Belmont .......prices a a bit skinny but Perth has the
best winning first Fav percentage in OZ by a comfortable margin , which
contra's the skinny odds out for me .

It didn't rain today in Sydney - sunny all day - and it's a clear night. 

I'm in the inner West, so about 15km from Rosehill.

racing (for average field sizes at least)...

Cold and dry in the Constantinople of the North Duff

Safe to do the good track form for here, get into it.

It's been raining in my part of Adelaide quite steadily for a couple of
hours now ............I'm on the opposite side of town to Morphettville , 

A few scattered showers were forecast but not what we're getting at the
moment .

I had some hope of reasonable track conditions for Caulfield & Morphettville
Parks tomorrow ........but that hope has gone methinks .

This weather will move across the Vic border later today & O/N  

I would appreciate a report from Sydney (especially Western Sydney -
Rosehill area ) if anyone cares to send one ..........Rosehill might  be OK
if no rain falls before midday tomorrow .............Weather Radar at the
moment shows Sydney to be rain free from Sydney CBD through to Parramatta
..............is this an accurate report ?? 

I'm lookin' at 16 weeks in a row with no Sydney bets .

PS..........Have just spoken to John Tonani , Racecourse Mngr at
Morphettville .............he has just finished an inspection of the track
.......it is now a SLOW 7 ............will probably stay that way for
tomorrow's racing ..........best possible is a SLOW 6 ........5.4 mm this
mornin' ...........17.2 mm for the week .
