And what Clinton and Blair did in Serbia isn't? No-one has ever seriously
suggested that invading a sovereign nation that has not, is not, and
presents no real likelihood of engaging in aggression beyond its borders is
legal. Clinton should have been on trial, not Slobo.

Were the Serbs guilty of all sorts of bad things within their borders? Are
the Chinese? US citizens used to lynch "niggers" with impunity in the
not-to-distant past.

Why do ya reckon Carter was the worst? Because of the oil crisis and the
stagflation? Bit beyond his control I think. Malcolm Fraser (with Howard as
treasurer) had the same problems as I recall....

Na, my vote goes to Nixon - What he and Kissinger did to Cambodia is nothing
short of war crimes in my view.
