Can you please confirm if is possible to search any runner / race result ?

Now if he had asked "why was the track slow to dead", then other
possibilities come into play. Like someone leaving the tap on for
example.



I assumed thunderstorms 'cause I was in the area (Teesdale/Bannockburn)
for a few days the week before. It was hot and there were afternoon
thunderstorms.
